The Building Your Foundation: Beginner Bundle is an amazing place to start as it offers beginner friendly classes, tutorials, and “how to” instruction, breaking down the fundamentals of a vinyasa class and components of building a yoga practice in studio or at home!

Not at all! Yoga is where we create space in the body to allow for flexibility and strength over time. There is no prerequisite! As long as you have a body and mind, you can (and totally should!) practice yoga.

Absolutely. In fact, your recovery journey is extremely important and requires special attention and care. With permission from your doctor, a 1:1 session may be best for you.
