Daily Cup of Yoga

One of my favorite parts of each morning is sitting down with my cup of coffee, fingers wrapped around a warm mug, as my mind wraps around what lies ahead of me that day.

Another favorite part of my morning? Yoga, of course!

It's no secret that when you get your body moving, your mind and body respond by warming up, releasing dopamine, and increasing your heart rate... sounds pretty similar to that cup of coffee, right?

Daily Cup of Yoga is a 7-day yoga journey created to challenge you (to challenge yourself), to incorporate just 8 minutes of intentional movement each day. Each vinyasa class created to deepen your flexibility, strengthen and tone the entire body, and improve your balance. In addition to your physical practices, each day offers a corresponding meditation and/or journal prompt encouraging you to dive deeper into your yoga practice, taking your lessons off of the mat and into your every day life.

What's Included:

  • 7 Vinyasa Classes
  • 7 Corresponding Meditations and/or Journal Prompts

Suggestions:

1 - Props are not necessary but encouraged as we use them several times throughout the series. Blocks (2) and a strap can be purchased from Amazon, or you can substitute with household items like sturdy Tupperware, blankets, pillows, dish towels, etc.

2 - Each day includes a meditation and/or journal prompt, if you do not have a journal you can simply make a note in the notes app on your phone.
